扎碾公路隧道弃渣填料的压实特性 被引量:1

摘要 为了探索隧道弃渣填料的压实特性以确保路基填筑质量和稳定性,结合青海扎碾公路利用隧道弃渣进行路基填筑的施工情况,在室内试验确定隧道弃渣的级配情况以及不同土石比与密度、最佳含水率、最大干密度和CBR的关系;在室外进行不同松铺层厚的碾压试验,并对压实度和孔隙率进行检测。结果表明,采用隧道弃渣进行路基填筑的最佳土石比为3∶7,但土石比为2∶8也能满足路基质量要求。 In order to explore the compaction characteristics of tunnel waste filling to ensure the quality and stability of roadbed filling,the gradation of tunnel waste,the relationship between different soil-rock ratios and density,optimal moisture content,maximum dry density and CBR were determined through laboratory tests in combination with the construction of Zhanian Highway in Qinghai Province using tunnel waste filling.Roller compaction tests with different thickness of loose layers were carried out through field tests,and compaction and porosity were tested.The results show that the optimum ratio of soil to rock is 3∶7,but the ratio of soil to rock is 2∶8,which can also meet the quality requirements of roadbed.
