摘要
针对传统铰接空心板存在的不足,依托某桥实际改造工程,提出刚接空心板的方案,并对刚接空心板的截面展开优化研究。在保证结构安全性的前提下为达到最优的经济效益,以空心板顶板厚度、底板厚度和腹板宽度为设计变量,利用ANSYS优化模块进行截面优化分析,根据优化结果预制出单根刚接空心板,进行单梁静载试验,验证了结构的可靠性,对相关结构的设计有实用价值。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional articulated hollow slab,relying on the actual reconstruction project of a bridge,the scheme of rigidly connected hollow slab was put forward and the optimization research on the section of rigidly connected hollow slab was carried out.In order to achieve the optimal economic benefits under the premise of ensuring structural safety,the slab thickness,the base plate thickness and the web width of the hollow slab were selected as design variables,and the section optimization analysis was carried out by ANSYS optimization module.According to the optimization results,a single rigidly connected hollow slab is prefabricated,and the reliability of the structure is verified through the static load test of the single beam.Therefore,it has practical value for the design of the relevant structure.
