润滑油中小直径颗粒超标试验分析

摘要 为解决某燃机电站汽轮机润滑油颗粒度长期超标的问题,分析了可能引起该机组润滑油颗粒度超标原因,并通过新油与运行中润滑油的元素分析、气体对颗粒度的影响试验以及脱水试验、停运前后滤油效果等试验,确定了油中水分是引起颗粒度长期超标的主要原因.由此,机务人员有针对性地查找润滑油系统的蒸汽泄漏点,发现轴承箱外油档间隙偏大,导致蒸汽漏入油系统,从而引起油中小直径颗粒超标. In order to solve the problem that particle size of lubricating oil for steam turbine of gas turbine power plant exceeds the standard for a long time,the reasons that may cause the exceed standard lubricating oil granularity in this unit was analyzed.It is determined that moisture is the main reason for the long-term excess of grain size by elemental analysis of new oil and lubricating oil in operation,the influence test of gas on granularity,the dehydration test,oil filtering effect before and after shutdown.Therefore,operators have targeted to find the steam leakage point of lubricating oil system,and found that the clearance of oil gear outside the bearing box was too large,which led to steam leakage into the oil system,thus causing small diameter particles in the oil to exceed the standard.
