摘要 对蓄电池参数实时监测,有助于保护和延长电池的使用寿命.监测的电池参数包括充电电压、放电电压、电阻和温度.采用PCI6221数据采集板卡与LabVIEW结合的方式,用干电池电压模拟采集蓄电池电压,电位器电阻模拟采集蓄电池电阻,微弱毫伏信号模拟热电偶采集温度,以实现对蓄电池参数的监测和显示保存参数的功能.实验表明,设计的蓄电池模拟监测系统,具有数据实时采集与显示、历史数据保存、密码保护、web发布等功能,达到了预期的效果. Real-time monitoring of battery parameters is helpful to protect and prolong battery life.The battery parameters monitored include charging voltage,discharge voltage,resistance and temperature.In this scheme,PCI6221 data acquisition board is combined with LabVIEW;dry battery voltage is used to simulate the acquisition of battery voltage,potentiometer resistance the acquisition of battery resistance,and weak millivolt signal the acquisition temperature of thermocouple,so as to realize the function of monitoring and displaying the storage parameters of the battery.Experiments show that the designed battery simulation monitoring system has the functions of real-time data acquisition and display,historical data preservation,password protection,web publishing and so on,and the expected results are achieved.
