摘要
流行病学研究和实验室证据均显示环境微生物在特应性皮炎、 食物过敏、 过敏性哮喘等过敏性疾病的发病中具有重要作用.研究发现肠道菌群的组成和结构在多种过敏性疾病患者发生改变,某些特定菌属/种的丰度异常,这些变化在婴幼儿和儿童患者更为确切和显著.以双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌为主的益生菌对特应性皮炎和食物过敏具有一定的预防和治疗效果,但目前的临床研究结果不完全一致,有待采用标准化并统一定量的菌株进行大样本、 多中心的临床研究以进一步阐明.菌群在过敏性疾病中的作用和干预的研究还处于起步阶段,研究前景广阔.
Epidemiological and experimental evidences have shown that environmental microbes play important roles in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases,such as atopic dermatitis,food allergy and asthma.There is alterations in the structure and function of the gut microbiota among patients with several kinds of allergic diseases,and there are specific changes in the abundance of certain microbes.The changes in the gut microbiota are more dominant in the population of infant and children patients.Probiotics,mainly composed of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus,have certain preventive and therapeutic effects on atopic dermatitis and food allergy.However,current results from different clinical trials on probiotics are not consistent with each other.Multiple-center clinical trails using standardized and quantified bacteria stains should be carried out to clarify the effects of probiotics.Nowadays,the research on intervention of microbiota for allergic diseases is just in the very early stage,and has a great prospect.
