摘要
目的:探讨口服补液盐Ⅲ对小儿发热患儿的效果及对CRP、PCT水平的影响.方法:选取我院2017年1月~2018年1月接诊的100例小儿发热患儿进行研究,按照治疗方法的不同,将患儿均分为对照组和观察组.对照组采取常规的抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采取口服补液盐Ⅲ治疗.比较分析两组患儿治疗后的临床效果、治疗前和治疗后3d、5d、7d的C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清降钙素原(PCT)水平以及不良反应情况.结果:观察组治疗的总有效率(98.00%)明显高于对照组(84.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义.治疗前,两组患儿的CRP、PCT水平比较差异不明显,无统计学意义.治疗后3d、5d、7d,观察组患儿的CRP、PCT水平均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义.观察组的不良反应发生率(2.00%)明显低于对照组(22.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义.结论:口服补液盐Ⅲ能够提高小儿发热患儿的临床疗效,改善其CRP、PCT水平,且能够减少患儿不良反应的发生.
Objective To investigate the effect of oral rehydration salts(III)on children with fever and their effects on CRP and PCT levels.Methods 100 children with fever in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected.According to the different treatment methods,the children were equally divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine anti infection treatment,while the observation group was treated with oral rehydration salt III on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,3d,5d,7d,C reactive protein(CRP),serum calcitonin(PCT)level and adverse reaction of the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(98%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CRP and PCT between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of 3D,5D and 7d in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Oral rehydration salts III can improve the clinical efficacy of children with fever,improve their CRP and PCT levels,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in children.
