摘要
科技企业孵化器是创新创业服务机构,依托这个平台,能有效促进高校毕业生就业.该文分析了高校毕业生创新创业中存在的问题;分析了产生问题的原因;探索了以科技企业孵化器为平台,通过培训引导提高创新创业意识、优秀创业导师团队给予高质量辅导、实践实训平台促进创新创业、良好生态环境促进创业链条发展等有效路径,以推进高校毕业生创新创业.
Science and technology business incubator is an innovation and entrepreneurship service organization.Relying on this platform,it can effectively promote the employment of college graduates.This paper finds out the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship of college graduates,analyzes the causes of the problems,and explores the effective ways to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of college graduates by taking the technology business incubator as the platform,such as improving the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship through training and guidance,giving high-quality guidance through the excellent entrepreneurial tutor teams,promoting innovation and entrepreneurship through practical training platforms,and promoting the development of entrepreneurial chains through a good ecological environment.
