摘要
目的分析中药配合足反射疗法治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月于医院收治的71例面肌痉挛患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(36例)。对照组采取针刺治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加入自拟汤药和足反射疗法治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效的差异,并比较两组治疗前后中医症状积分变化,随访3个月观察两组患者复发情况。结果观察组患者的临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗前后中医症状积分改善幅度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访发现观察组患者的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药配合足反射疗法在面肌痉挛临床治疗中的应用有助于提高患者的临床疗效,改善患者的症状,有助于降低患者的复发率,从而改善患者的预后情况。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with foot reflex therapy on facial spasm.Methods A total of 71 patients with facial spasm admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with self-designed decoction and foot reflexology on the basis of the control group.The differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups were observed,and the changes in TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Patients in the two groups were followed up for 3 months to observe the recurrence.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM symptom scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Follow-up showed that the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine combined with foot reflex therapy in the clinical treatment of facial spasm is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy of patients,improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of patients,and improve the prognosis of patients.
