摘要
目的分析经跗骨窦小切口空心钉内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床康复效果.方法对该院2017年7月—2018年7月收治的88例患者按挂号先后顺序均分为参照组和观察组,各44例.参照组用传统外侧L形切口入路治疗,观察组用经跗骨窦小切口空心钉内固定治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果治疗后,参照组治疗总有效率显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论经跗骨窦小切口空心钉内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床康复效果非常好,改善了患者在治疗中的整体情况,达到了治疗预期,提高了患者治疗后的康复情况,值得在临床上大面积推广.
Objective To analyze the clinical rehabilitation effect of internal fixation of calcaneus fracture with hollow nail through small incision of tarsal sinus.Methods 88 patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were divided into reference group and observation group according to the order of registration,44 cases each.The control group was treated with the traditional L-shaped incision approach,and the observation group was treated with the internal fixation through the small incision of tarsal sinus with the hollow nail.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of calcaneus fracture by internal fixation with hollow nail through small incision of tarsal sinus has a very good clinical rehabilitation effect,which improves the overall situation of the patients in the treatment,achieves the treatment expectation,improves the rehabilitation of the patients after treatment,and is worth popularizing in a large area in clinical.
