摘要
目的研究急性脑血栓早期康复护理干预,对降低脑血栓患者致残率的影响.方法择取2017年11月—2019年10月期间该院收治的112例急性脑血栓患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机划分为常规组和优化组,每组各有56例患者.常规组患者接受普通护理模式,优化组患者接受早期康复护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果.结果优化组患者致残率低于常规组患者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).优化组患者各项恢复指标优于常规组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);优化组患者护理满意度高于常规组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论急性脑血栓患者接受早期康复护理干预能够有效降低致残率,提升康复效果,具有临床借鉴意义.
Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention of acute cerebral thrombosis on reducing the disability rate of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods 112 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the study objects,and all patients were randomly divided into the conventional group and the optimized group,with 56 patients in each group.Patients in the conventional group received general nursing mode,and patients in the optimization group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The disability rate of the optimized group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery indexes of the optimized group were better than those of the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the optimized group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with acute cerebral thrombosis can effectively reduce the disability rate and improve the rehabilitation effect,which has clinical reference significance.
