摘要
目的探究肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍的康复护理干预措施.方法选取该院外科2017年6月—2019年6月收治的68例肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍患者为研究对象,采用数字随机表法,将所选患者分为观察组(34例)和对照组(34例),对两组患者分别采取康复护理干预及常规护理干预,对比两组患者临床治疗效果及ROM评分.结果采用不同护理干预后,观察组患者临床治疗效果及ROM评分均明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),数据对比存在统计学意义.结论在肘关节骨折患者手术治疗后,采取针对性康复护理干预,可促进患者关节功能恢复进程,改善患者关节功能障碍,建议临床推广使用.
Objective To explore rehabilitation nursing interventions for joint dysfunction after elbow fracture.Methods Select 68 patients with joint dysfunction after elbow fractures treated in the surgical department of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 as the research object.The selected patients were divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases)using a digital random table method.Rehabilitation nursing intervention and conventional nursing intervention,the clinical treatment effect and ROM score of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After using different nursing interventions,the clinical treatment effect and ROM score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the data comparison was statistically significant.Conclusion After surgical treatment of patients with elbow fractures,targeted rehabilitation nursing interventions can promote the process of joint function recovery and improve joint dysfunction in patients.It is recommended to promote clinical use.
