摘要
目的分析探究中药泡洗联合康复训练治疗中风恢复期肩手综合征的疗效.方法将2018年10月—2019年10月该院收治的中风恢复期肩手综合征患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各45例,对照组给予康复训练,观察组给予中药泡洗联合康复训练,对比两组疗效.结果治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,FMA评分高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗总有效率上,观察组为97.78%,高于对照组的84.44%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中药泡洗联合康复训练治疗中风恢复期肩手综合征,疗效显著,值得采纳应用.
Objective To analyze and explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine bubble washing combined with rehabilitation training on shoulder hand syndrome in convalescent stage of apoplexy.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,90 patients with shoulder hand syndrome in the recovery period of stroke in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine bubble washing combined rehabilitation training to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the FMA score was higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of shoulder hand syndrome in convalescent stage of Apoplexy by traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training is effective and worthy of application.
