摘要
目的研究分析高血压脑出血患者出现吞咽功能障碍的康复护理疗效.方法选择该院于2017年7月—2019年9月收治的100例高血压脑出血后出现吞咽困难的患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为研究组(50例)与对照组(50例),对照组脑出血患者接受常规护理干预模式,研究组脑出血患者接受常规护理干预基础上进行康复护理干预.观察两组患者接受护理干预后护理满意度以及吞咽功能恢复情况.结果研究组脑出血患者接受护理干预后护理满意度与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组脑出血患者接受护理干预后吞咽功能恢复情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在高血压脑出血患者术后护理过程中实施康复护理,能够有效改善患者的吞咽功能恢复情况,提升治疗疗效与护理满意度.
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on dysphagia in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods One hundred patients with dysphagia after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from July 2017 to September 2019 were selected as study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a study group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases),Patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the control group received routine nursing intervention mode,and patients with study group of cerebral hemorrhage received rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.Observe the nursing satisfaction and recovery of swallowing function of the two groups after receiving nursing intervention.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the study group after nursing intervention was statistically different compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recovery of swallowing function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the study group after nursing intervention was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing during the postoperative care of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the recovery of swallowing function,and improve the treatment efficacy and nursing satisfaction.
