摘要
目的探究加强对喉癌喉切除术后患者的发声和吞咽功能训练及康复护理的临床价值.方法选取于2017年2月—2019年9月该院收治的140例喉癌喉切除术患者,随机分为观察组(发声和吞咽功能训练及康复护理)和对照组(常规护理)各70例.结果相比对照组,观察组护理满意度(95.71%),生活质量评分均较高,而并发症发生率(5.71%)较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论加强对喉癌喉切除术后患者的发声和吞咽功能训练及康复护理,能够提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,还可改善患者的生活质量.
Objective To explore the clinical value of strengthening vocal and swallowing function training and rehabili tation nursing for patients with laryngeal cancer after laryngectomy.Methods 140 patients with laryngectomy treated in our hospital from February 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(voicing and swallowing function training and rehabilitation care)and control group(routine care)each 70 people.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction(95.71%),higher quality of life scores,and lower complication rate(5.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening vocalization and swallowing function training and rehabilitation care for patients with laryngeal cancer after laryngectomy can improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
