摘要
目的研究和分析景观疗养过程中负离子对老年慢性病的疗效.方法将2017年3月选取为此次研究的开始时间,结束时间为2019年8月,研究对象为某疗养院接受景观疗养的军队老年疗养员(n=100例),在电脑随机分配的前提下将100例患者进行分组:比对组、研究组.其中比对组军队老年疗养员为50例,接受常规的护理;研究组为50例,接受个性化负离子疗养,对2组军队老年疗养员的临床护理效果进行分析和比较.结果2组军队老年疗养员在护理干预后的临床效果、护理满意度相比较来说,研究组显著高于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组军队老年疗养员在护理干预后的社会功能评分为(89.32±1.58)分,心理功能评分为(91.35±2.31)分,生理功能评分为(90.26±1.59)分,物质生活评分为(89.34±1.03)分,比对组军队老年疗养员的各项生活质量评分分别为(81.03±1.26)分、(84.35±1.02)分、(82.61±1.34)分、(79.58±2.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对于接受景观疗养的军队老年疗养员,可以采取个性化负离子疗养的方案,能够在一定程度上较好的提升临床护理的效果,值得使用和进一步推行.
Objective To study and analyze the effect of anion on the elderly chronic diseases in the process of landscape recuperation.Methods March 2017 was selected as the start time of the study,and the end time was August 2019.The subjects were the military elderly convalescents(n=100)who received landscape recuperation in a sanatorium.Under the premise of random distribution of computers,100 patients were divided into two groups:comparison group and Research Group.Among them,50 cases in the control group received routine nursing,50 cases in the research group received individualized anion recuperation,and analyzed and compared the clinical nursing effect of the two groups.Results The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the social function score,psychological function score,physiological function score and material life score of the two groups were(89.32±1.58)points,(91.35±2.31)points,(90.26±1.59)points and(89.34±1.03)points respectively,the quality of life scores of the military elderly convalescents in the control group were(81.03±1.26)points,(84.35±1.02)points,(82.61±1.34)points,(79.58±2.64)points,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion for the military elderly convalescents who receive landscape recuperation,we can adopt the personalized anion recuperation program,which can improve the clinical nursing effect to a certain extent,and it is worth using and further promoting.
