摘要
目的对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者联合应用针灸及中医康复训练治疗,观察其临床疗效.方法选取2016年1月—2019年12月,在武威市凉州区谢河镇卫生院治疗的182例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,采取随机数字表法,将其分为两组.对照组91例,采取常规康复训练;在此基础上,观察组91例,采取针灸+中医康复训练治疗.结果观察组患者的总有效率为80.22%,对照组为52.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的声嘶语謇、食物残留评分、NO水平明显低于对照组,SOD水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者采取针灸+中医康复训练治疗可提高临床有效率,改善患者临床症状,更具应用价值.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation training in stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods 182 patients with stroke dysphagia treated in Xiehe Town Health Center from January 2016 to December 2019 were divided into two groups by random digital table method.In the control group,91 cases were treated by routine rehabilitation training,and on this basis in the observation group,91 cases were treated by acupuncture and TCM rehabilitation training.Results The total effective rate was 80.22%in the observation group and 52.74%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of hoarseness,food residue score,and NO of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the SOD level was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation training can improve the clinical efficiency,improve the clinical symptoms of stroke patients with dysphagia,which has more application value.
