摘要
目的分析中医综合手法治疗对改善儿童尖足、足内翻的影响.方法选取中山市黄圃人民医院2019年6月—2020年6月收治的32例儿童尖足、足内翻患儿为研究对象,按照治疗方案的差异进行分组,其中16例行常规康复运动疗法的患儿为对照组,另外16例行中医综合手法治疗的患儿为观察组,对比分析两组患儿的治疗效果.结果在足背屈角与腓肠肌肌张力改善情况上,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在踝关节内翻角度、踝背伸肌力与小腿三头肌肌张力上,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论尖足、足内翻患儿采用中医综合手法治疗的效果良好,能够有效改善患儿尖足、足内翻症状,临床可进一步推广运用.
Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment on improving of tip foot and foot varus in children.Methods A total of 32 children with tip foot and foot varus who were admitted to the Huangpu People's Hospital of Zhongshan City from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into groups according to the difference of treatment plan.Among them,16 children who underwent conventional rehabilitation exercise therapy were included in the control group,and 16 children who underwent integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment were included in the observation group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group on the improvement of dorsiflexion angle and gastrocnemius muscle tension,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the angle of ankle joint varus,ankle back extensor muscle strength and calf triceps muscle tension,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with tip foot and foot varus have a good effect on the integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment,which can effectively improve the symptoms of tip foot and foot varus,and can be further promoted in clinical practice.
