摘要
目的研究在常规西医康复治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤对缺血性脑卒中患者的影响.方法选取2018年4月—2019年4月期间长春中医药大学附属医院收治的84例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例),对照组采用常规西医康复治疗,在此基础上观察组采用补阳还五汤联合治疗;对比两组患者的康复效果及不良反应.结果治疗前两组患者的生活能力、平衡功能、中医证候积分、血液流动力学指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.3204、6.6624、18.6933、30.8973、27.5842,P=0.0000、0.0000、0.0000、0.0000、0.0000);同时观察组不良反应发生率(2.38%)略低于对照组(4.76%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.3457,P=0.5565).结论补阳还五汤联合康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者的临床应用效果较为理想,具备推广价值.
Objective To study the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on patients with ischemic stroke on the basis of conventional western medicine rehabilitation.Methods A total of 84 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group(42 cases)and the observation group(42 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine rehabilitation,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction.The rehabilitation effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Before the treatment,the differences of life ability,balance function,TCM syndrome integral and blood flow mechanics index between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the treatment,all indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(t=4.3204、6.6624、18.6933、30.8973、27.5842,P=0.0000、0.0000、0.0000、0.0000、0.0000).At the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.38%)was slightly lower than that of the control group(4.76%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.3457,P=0.5565).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with rehabilitation treatment on patients with ischemic stroke is ideal and has the value of popularization.
