摘要
目的研究分析老年肿瘤患者采取系统康复护理的临床应用效果.方法选取淄博市第四人民医院2018年2月—2019年5月收治的130例老年肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,常规护理组患者采取常规方法进行护理,实验护理组患者采取系统康复护理.不同护理干预实行结束后统计实验数据并分析护理效果.结果实验护理组的护理有效率(90.77%),明显高于常规护理组的(69.23%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,实验护理组患者的心理健康、生理职能、情绪职能及社会职能评分均高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验护理组的满意度高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.357,P<0.05).结论系统康复护理策略的应用对老年肿瘤患者患者住院期间的护理效果良好,可以在一定程度上减少并发症的发生,并提高护理满意度.
Objective To study and analyze the clinical application effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing for the elderly tumor patients.Methods From February 2018 to May 2019,130 elderly tumor patients admitted to Zibo Fourth People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups for comparison.Patients in the conventional nursing group were treated with conventional methods for nursing,and patients in the experimental nursing group were treated with systematic rehabilitation nursing.After the implementation,the experimental data were counted and the nursing effect were analyzed.Results The effective rate of nursing in the experimental nursing group(90.77%)was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group(69.23%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of mental health,physiological function,emotional function and social function of the experimental nursing group were higher than those of the conventional nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental nursing group was higher than that of the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.357,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic rehabilitation nursing strategy has a good nursing effect for elderly tumor patients during hospitalization,which can reduce the occurrence of complications to a certain extent and improve nursing satisfaction.
