摘要
目的探究产后盆底肌功能障碍患者给予盆底肌康复训练联合护理干预措施对盆底肌功能恢复和预后的影响.方法将2018年1月—2020年1月在该院接受治疗100例盆底肌功能障碍患者,随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组给予常规护理康复训练,观察组给予盆底肌康复训练联合护理,将两组盆地肌恢复效果、漏尿量以及尿失禁生活质量评分(I-QOL)进行记录和对比.结果观察组盆底肌恢复有效96.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组漏尿量为(2.45±0.21)g低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组I-OQL(76.81±5.27)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论产后盆底肌功能障碍患者给予盆底肌康复训练联合护理干预措施,能够显著提升盆底肌恢复效果,有效降低漏尿量,有助于提升生活质量.
Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training and nursing intervention on the recovery and prognosis of pelvic floor muscles in patients with postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction.Methods A total of 100 patients with pelvic floor muscle dysfunction who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given pelvic floor.Muscle rehabilitation training combined with nursing,the recovery effects,urine leakage,and urinary incontinence quality of life(I-QOL)scores of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results The effective recovery rate of pelvic floor muscles in the observation group was 96.00%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The urine leakage volume in the observation group was(2.45±0.21)g lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(76.81±5.27)points were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction in patients with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with nursing interventions can significantly improve the recovery of pelvic floor muscles,effectively reduce urine leakage,and help improve quality of life.
