摘要
目的探讨运动发育迟缓患儿进行肌兴奋治疗仪联合家属参与式康复训练的效果.方法筛选该院自2017年1月—2019年1月期间接诊的60例运动发育迟缓患儿作为该次研究对象,按照随机分组方式将其分为两组,分别是对照组(实施常规恢复训练)和观察组(实施肌兴奋治疗仪联合家属参与式康复训练),对比两组患儿治疗前后的粗大运动功能和精细运动功能,对比两组患儿康复治疗满意度.结果治疗前,观察组和对照组患儿的粗大运动功能和精细运动功能评分基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患儿的粗大运动功能和精细运动功能评分均高于对照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者康复治疗满意度为96.67%,对照组患儿康复治疗满意度为80.00%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论给予运动发育迟缓患儿肌兴奋治疗仪联合家属参与式康复训练可以有效改善患儿粗大运动功能和精细运动功能,可以显著提高患儿治疗后的行为能力,提高患者康复治疗满意度,构建良好的医患关系,在临床治疗中具有很好的应用效果,应该得到广泛的推广与应用.
Objective To investigate the effects of muscle stimulation therapy combined with family members'participation rehabilitation training in children with motor developmental delay.Methods Screening 60 cases of children with motor retardation who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the research object.According to the random grouping,they were divided into two groups,one was the control group(conventional rehabilitation)and the other was the observation group(implementing participatory rehabilitation training family members of the muscle excited therapeutic apparatus).The gross motor and fine motor functions of the two groups of children before and after treatment,and the satisfaction of rehabilitation treatment between the two groups of children were compared.Results Before the treatment,the gross motor function and fine motor function scores of the observation group and the control group were basically the same,with no statistical significance difference(P>0.05).After the treatment,the gross motor function and fine motor function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the data comparison between the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction with rehabilitation treatment was 96.67%in the observation group and 80.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with developmental delay who were given the muscle stimulation therapy combined with family rehabilitation training can effectively improve the gross motor and fine motor functions,can significantly improve the children’s behavior ability after treatment,improve patient’s rehabilitation treatment satisfaction,and build a good doctor-patient relationship.It has the very good application effect in the clinical treatment,should be popularized and applied widely.
