摘要
目的观察根管治疗修复外伤冠折年轻恒牙的效果,总结方法与经验.方法选择2017年3月—2019年8月期间收治的25例外伤冠折年轻恒牙患者,患牙25颗,均予以根管治疗术治疗,观察入组患者术后1周内疼痛发生情况,并进行为期8周的随访观察,测评术后4、6、8周时修复效果.结果纳入该次研究的患者根管治疗1周内患牙均未出现疼痛症状,随访测评结果表明,术后4、6、8周时修复成功率依次为68.0%、76.0%、84.0%,失败率分别为4.0%、0.0%、0.0%.患牙修复成功率均高于同期显效率、无改善率及失败率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论临床针对冠折未露髓的年轻恒牙患者,应做到及时处理,减少或规避因细菌入侵而引起牙髓感染的情况,并依照患牙根尖发育状况拟定根管治疗方案,治疗后定期随访,若发现牙髓有改变,则应及时整改治疗方案,以促进牙齿的继续发育与后续修复效果.
Objective To observe the effect of root canal treatment on repairing traumatic crown broken young permanent teeth,and summarize the methods and experience.Methods 25 cases of young permanent teeth with crown injury and fracture between March 2017 and August 2019.25 of them were treated with root canal therapy.The incidence of pain within 1 week after surgery was observed and followed up for 8 weeks to evaluate the repair effect at 4,6 and 8 weeks after surgery.Results All the patients included in this study had no pain symptoms within 1 week of root canal treatment.Follow-up evaluation results showed that the success rate of repair at 4,6 and 8 weeks after surgery was 68.0%,76.0%and 84.0%respectively,and the failure rate was 4.0%,0.0%and 0.0%respectively.The success rate of dental restoration was higher than that of obvious efficiency,no improvement rate and failure rate in the same period,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Clinical crown not dew patients with young permanent teeth,should be handled in time,to reduce or avoid pulp infection caused by bacteria invasion,and according to the risk of root apex development status for root canal treatment,regular follow-up after treatment,if discover dental pulp have change,should be timely corrective treatment,so as to promote the continue development of teeth and the subsequent repair effect.
