摘要
目的探讨乳腺增生采用逍遥丸联合针灸治疗的效果.方法选取2018年9月—2019年8月该院收治的乳腺增生患者70例,随机分为两组,每组均为35例,对照组患者应用针灸实施治疗,研究组患者应用逍遥丸联合针灸实施治疗.结果研究组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);除孕酮外,研究组治疗后的生殖激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论应用逍遥丸联合针灸对乳腺增生患者进行治疗,患者的症状获得极大的改善,治疗效果理想.
Objective To explore the effect of Xiaoyao Pills Combined with acupuncture in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods A total of 70 patients with breast hyperplasia treated in the hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,35 in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture,while patients in the study group were treated with Xiaoyao Pills and acupuncture.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);Divided Progesterone,the reproductive hormone level of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying Xiaoyao Pills combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of breast hyperplasia patients,the symptoms of patients are greatly improved,the treatment effect is ideal,and it can be widely used.
