摘要
目的探讨肩关节损伤患者经康复训练的疗效观察及对肩关节功能恢复的影响研究.方法选择2018年9月—2019年9月期间该院收治的肩关节损伤患者100例,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组给予常规锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上实施分阶段康复训练,对患者效果进行评估,比较两组患者肩关节功能的恢复情况、患者依从性.结果观察组干预后患者日常生活、肢体活动、肌力评分、总分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组干预后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后1周、2周、3周及4周VAS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05);观察组干预后1周、2周、3周、4周VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后患者的依从性高于对照组(P<0.05).结论肩关节损伤患者经过康复训练后疗效显著,有助于促进患者肩关节功能的恢复,提高患者的满意度及依从性,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用.
Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training on patients with shoulder joint injury and its effect on the recovery of shoulder joint function.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,100 patients with shoulder injury admitted to the hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given regular exercise,and the observation group implemented staged rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The recovery of shoulder joint function and patient compliance in the two groups were compared.Results The observation group's daily life,limb activity,muscle strength score and total score were higher than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05),and the pain score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);1 week after intervention,VAS scores at 2 weeks,3 weeks,and 4 weeks were lower than before intervention(P<0.05);VAS scores at 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,and 4 weeks after intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the patient's compliance after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with shoulder joint injury have significant curative effect after rehabilitation training,which helps to promote the recovery of shoulder joint function,improve patient satisfaction and compliance,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
