摘要
目的探究康复科与儿科相结合模式对高危儿发育筛查及早期干预的临床研究.方法随机选取2018年1月—2020年1月的60例高危新生儿作为该次实验的研究对象,采用双盲法将其随机分配为对照组和观察组,使用不同的康复治疗方式,其中对照组于家庭内接受指导康复训练,观察组于院内采用康复训练,对比两种不同康复干预方式的临床应用效果,并使用DST评估来对比两组患儿的MI值、DQ值以及各方面的指标评分.结果在实施康复干预前,两组患儿MI值、DQ值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在实施康复干预后,观察组患儿MI值、DQ值明显更优于对照组,分别为(96.92±6.08)、(101.57±7.93),数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论据该次实验结果来看,高危新生儿于院内接受康复治疗效果虽然更佳,但是也并不能够完全否定家庭指导康复的效果,应根据实际情况合理选择康复疗法.
Objective To explore the clinical study of the combined model of rehabilitation department and pediatrics on the development screening and early intervention of high-risk children.Methods 60 high-risk newborns were randomly selected as the research object of this experiment from January 2018 to January 2020.They were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group using double-blind methods.The control group received instructional rehabilitation training in the family,the observation group used rehabilitation training in the hospital.The clinical application effects of the two different rehabilitation intervention methods were compared,and the DST evaluation was used to compare the MI value,DQ value and various index scores of the two groups of children.Results Before the implementation of rehabilitation intervention,the MI and DQ values of children in the two groups were not statistically significant difference(P>0.05),but after the implementation of rehabilitation intervention,the MI and DQ values of children in the observation group(96.92±6.08),(101.57±7.93)were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the results of this experiment,although the effect of receiving rehabilitation treatment in the hospital for newborns with high risk is better,the effect of family guidance for rehabilitation cannot be completely denied.
