摘要
目的 探讨穴位贴敷配合耳穴压豆疗法对人流术后患者的镇痛效果.方法 选择2017年4月—2019年4月在该院进行人流手术的78例患者作为研究对象,分为39例研究组和39例对照组.两组均接受常规治疗,对照组予以穴位敷贴,研究组使用穴位贴敷配合耳穴压豆疗法,比较两组的疗效.结果 研究组疼痛评分(1.63±0.53)分比对照组疼痛评分(3.92±1.26)分少,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组月经不调(15.33±1.86)分、畏寒怕冷(14.43±2.06)分、腰膝酸软(13.66±1.74)分等比对照组少(P<0.05);且研究组并发症总发生率10.26%,与对照组相比更低(P<0.05);阴道持续出血时间(5.23±1.36)d、腹痛时间(0.63±0.16)d,与对照组相比更短(P<0.05);子宫内膜厚度(8.66±1.24)mm,与对照组相比明显更厚,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 穴位贴敷配合耳穴压豆疗法对人流术后患者的镇痛效果显著,有利于改善其症候积分,降低并发症发生几率,促进子宫复旧,值得临床推广.
Objective To explore the analgesic effect of acupoint application combined with auricular acupressure therapy on patients after abortion.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,78 patients who underwent abortion surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,which were divided into 39 cases in the study group and 39 cases in the control group.Both groups received conventional treatment,while the control group was given acupoint application,and the study group used acupoint application and ear acupressure therapy.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The pain score of the study group(1.63±0.53)points was less than that of the control group(3.92±1.26)points,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group had irregular menstruation(15.33±1.86)points,fear of cold(14.43±2.06)points,waist and knee soreness(13.66±1.74)points,which were less than the control group(P<0.05);and the total incidence of complications in the study group was 10.26%,which was lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the continuous vaginal bleeding time(5.23±1.36)d,abdominal pain time(0.63±0.16)d,were shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the endometrial thickness(8.66±1.24)mm was significantly thicker than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with auricular acupressure therapy has a significant analgesic effect on patients after abortion,which is beneficial to improve its symptom score,reduce the probability of complications,and promote uterine rejuvenation.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
