摘要
目的 分析在脑梗死恢复期患者治疗中通过联合运用补阳还五汤加减方、针刺疗法及康复疗法的治疗价值.方法 抽取2013年1月—2017年12月以来收集的64例脑梗死恢复期病例,并依据治疗差异分组,对照组运用康复疗法,观察组增加中医药补阳还五汤、针刺疗法,对比两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后NIHSS、Barthel量表测评分结果 以及超声复查颈动脉斑块面积、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度等改善情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率96.88%,对照组81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组入组时NIHSS、Barthel量表测评得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,Barthel评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者的颈动脉斑块面积、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度均较高(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的颈动脉斑块面积、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 通过对恢复期的脑梗死患者联合运用补阳还五汤加减方、针刺疗法及康复疗法可显著提升患者治疗效果,并帮助改善生活自理能力与神经功能缺损.
Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction,acupuncture therapy and rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 64 cases were collected from January 2013 to December 2017 and grouped according to the treatment difference.The control group used rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group increased Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu decoction and acupuncture therapy.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared,The NIHSS and Barthel scales were measured before and after the treatment,and the improvement of carotid plaque area and intima-media thickness were reviewed by ultrasound.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.88%,while that in the control group was 81.25%,P<0.05.The NIHSS、Barthel scale scores of the two groups were not statistically significant at the time of enrollment(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Barthel score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,both carotid plaque area and carotid intima-media thickness were higher in both groups(P>0.05);after treatment,both carotid plaque area and intima-media thickness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction,acupuncture therapy and rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with convalescent cerebral infarction.
