摘要
目的评价持续护理质量改进干预服务执行于门诊预检分诊过程中对其预检分诊准确性和患者康复满意情况所构成的影响.方法参照组纳入病例资料是2018年4—10月该医院门诊收入的100例患者资料,该组选取传统门诊预检分诊护理干预服务;试验组纳入病例资料是2019年4—10月该医院门诊收入的100例患者资料,该组选取门诊预检分诊持续护理质量改进干预服务,研究门诊预检分诊准确总体统计数、门诊患者康复满意总体统计数、门诊患者护理投诉事件总体统计数、门诊预检分诊所用总时长、门诊患者就诊等候所用总时长.结果试验组门诊预检分诊准确总体统计数比较参照组对应检测指标资料增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组门诊患者康复满意总体统计数比较参照组对应检测指标资料增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组门诊患者护理投诉事件总体统计数比较参照组对应检测指标资料减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组门诊预检分诊所用总时长、门诊患者就诊等候所用总时长比较参照组对应检测指标资料减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在门诊预检分诊过程中选用持续护理质量改进干预服务有助于提升预检分诊准确性及患者康复满意情况.
Objective To evaluate the impact of continuous care quality improvement intervention services performed during the outpatient pre-examination and triage process on the accuracy of the pre-examination and triage and patient satisfaction with rehabilitation.Methods The case data included in the reference group was from April to October 2018,with 100 patients in our hospital's outpatient income.The reference group selected traditional outpatient pre-examination and triage nursing intervention services.The case data included in the experimental group was April to October 2019,with 100 patients in our hospital's outpatient income,this group selected outpatient pre-examination and triage continu ous nursing qualty improvement intervention services,to study the accurate overall statistics of out-patient pre-examination and triage,the overall statistics of outpatient rehabilitation satisfaction,overall statistics of outpatient care complaints,total time spent in outpatient clinics,and total time spent in outpatient clinics.Results The overall statistics of the outpatient pre-test and triage in the experimental group were increased com pared with the corresponding test index data of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall statistics of rehabilitation satisfaction of the outpatients in the experimental group were increased compared with the corresponding test index data of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall statistics of outpatient care complaints in the group decreased compared with the corresponding detection index data of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total length of the outpatient pre-examination sub-clinic in the experimental group and the total time spent waiting for outpatient visits compared with the reference group decreased the corresponding detection index data,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of continuous nursing quality improvement intervention services in the outpatient pre-examination and triage process can improve the accuracy of pre-examination and triage and the satisfaction of patients'rehabilitation.
