摘要
目的研究脑梗死康复期用药依从性及用药干预的应用效果.方法选取在2018年2月—2019年11月来该院就诊的64例脑梗死康复期患者为研究对象,设为观察组和对照组,每组32例.对照组:常规用药护理;观察组:在常规用药护理的基础上进行用药干预.结果观察组患者的用药依从性96.88%与对照组81.25%相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑梗死康复期进行用药干预,提高了用药依从性,值得在临床中应用.
Objective To investigate the compliance of medications in the rehabilitation period of cerebral infarction and the effects of medication intervention.Methods A total of 64 patients with cerebral infarction rehabilitation who visited our hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research object.They were set as the observation group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.The Control group was given routine medication care,and on this basis,the observation group was given medication intervention.Results The medication compliance of the observation group was 96.88%,higher than 81.25%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention with medication during the rehabilitation period of cerebral infarction improves the medication compliance and is worthy of clinical application.
