摘要
目的探索分析早期康复护理对脑卒中患者认知以及运动功能的改善作用.方法选取2015年9月—2019年9月该院收治的94例脑卒中患者为研究对象,并采取统计学中的随机抽样方法将94例患者分为对照组(47例)和观察组(47例).在实施护理模式上,对照组采用常规的护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上实行早期康复护理,实验结束后对比两组患者的认知功能和运功功能的恢复程度.结果在经过60 d的护理后,观察组患者在认知功能和运动功能方面的评分均高于对照组,两组数据的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论实施早期康复护理对于脑卒中患者具有必要的意义,及早实施早期康复护理,可以改善患者的认知功能以及运动功能,减少后遗症出现的概率,恢复患者的健康,可在临床进行较大范围推广.
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on cognition and motor function improvement of stroke patients.Methods 94 patients with cerebral apoplexy admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2019 were selected as subjects of this study,and were divided into a control group(47 cases)and an observation group(47 cases)by random sampling method in statistics.In the implementation of nursing mode,the control group adopted the conventional nursing mode,the observation group on the basis of the control group adopted early rehabilitation nursing.After the end of the experiment,the two groups of patients'cognitive function and functional recovery degree were compared.Results After 60 days of nursing,the scores of cognitive function and motor function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing is necessary for stroke patients.Early rehabilitation nursing can improve patients'cognitive function and motor function,reduce the probability of sequelae,and restore patients'health,which can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
