摘要
目的 探究在骨科创伤患者中予以快速康复外科理念下疼痛管理的应用价值.方法 选取2018年9月—2019年9月该院收治的骨科创伤患者100例为研究对象,依据不同护理管理方案进行分组,实验组予以快速康复理念下的疼痛管理,对照组予以常规护理管理,对比患者护理结果.结果 实验组患者护理满意度为90.0%,对照组为60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者术后各时间段疼痛评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者并发症发生率为2.0%,对照组为18.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者镇痛药物使用次数、下床活动时间、引流管拔除时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对于骨科创伤患者采用快速康复外科理念下疼痛管理,能有效缓解患者术后的疼痛症状,并进一步改善护理质量.
Objective To explore the application value of pain management under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients with orthopedic trauma.Methods A total of 100 patients with orthopedic trauma admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were grouped according to different nursing management.The experimental group was given pain management under the concept of rapid rehabilitation.The control group was given routine nursing management.The results of patient care of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 60.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at each postoperative period,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.0%,which was significantly higher than 18.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of analgesic use,the time of getting out of bed,the extraction time of drainage tube in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For orthopedic trauma patients,using pain management under the concept of rapid recovery surgery can clearly alleviate patients'postoperative pain symptoms and further improve the quality of care.
