摘要
目的 讨论脑梗塞偏瘫康复治疗的最佳时机及对患者日常生活能力评分的影响.方法 选取2019年2月—2020年4月在该院实施治疗处理的脑梗塞偏瘫患者80例作为研究样本,将全部入选患者通过数字随机表划分为两组.参照组采取基础性的治疗方案及康复训练,观察组应用早期康复治疗.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于参照组,观察组的并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的NIHSS评分低于参照组,ADL评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的抑郁情绪评分、焦躁情绪评分低于参照组,观察组的生活质量指标评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 早期康复治疗在脑梗塞偏瘫临床治疗中的应用价值较为理想,有利于改善患者的临床症状,提升临床治疗效率,对患者日常生活能力的改善及病情康复进程的加快具有重要意义.
Objective To discuss the best time of rehabilitation treatment for hemiplegia with cerebral infarction and its influence on the score of daily living ability.Methods From February 2019 to April 2020,80 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study samples,and all the selected patients were divided into two groups through the digital random table.The control group received basic treatment and rehabilitation training,and the observation group received early rehabilitation treatment.Results The total effectiveness of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and the ADL score was higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the depression score and anxiety score of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group,and the quality of life index scores of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of early rehabilitation treatment in the clinical treatment of hemiplegia with cerebral infarction is ideal,which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms,improve the clinical treatment efficiency,improve the ability of daily life of patients and speed up the rehabilitation process.
