摘要
目的 针对接受骨折手术的患者实施康复治疗,分析对降低关节并发症发生率的影响.方法 该次研究的样本选自2015年7月—2018年7月在该院接受骨折手术治疗的患者,共58例,根据入院时间将样本平均分为康复组和常例组,常例组实施常规治疗,康复组实施康复治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、产生关节并发症的发生率以及生活质量评分情况.结果 康复组患者治疗总有效率(93.10%)明显高于常例组(79.31%),差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=8.2857,P=0.0039);康复组患者并发症的总发生率(10.34%)明显低于常例组(27.58%),差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=9.4156,P=0.0021);康复组患者的各项生活质量评分均明显高于常例组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000<0.05).结论 为接受骨折手术的患者实施康复治疗的效果显著,不仅提升患者的治疗效果,还可以减少患者并发症的发生率,对提升患者生活质量也有一定帮助,相比常规临床治疗,康复治疗更值得进一步推广.
Objective To perform rehabilitation treatment on patients undergoing fracture surgery and analyze the impact on reducing the incidence of joint complications.Methods The samples in this study were selected from patients undergoing fracture surgery in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018.A total of 58 patients were divided into a rehabilitation group and a regular group according to the time of admission.The regular group was given conventional treatment,and the rehabilitation group was given rehabilitation treatment.The treatment effect,incidence of joint complications and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the rehabilitation group(93.10%)was significantly higher than that in the regular group(79.31%),the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=8.2857,P=0.0039).The total incidence of complications in the rehabilitation group(10.34%)was significantly lower than that in the normal group(27.58%),and the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=9.4156,P=0.0021).The various quality of life scores in the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the regular group,the differences were statistically significant(P=0.0000<0.05).Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation treatment for patients undergoing fracture surgery is significant.The rehabilitation treatment can not only improve the patient's treatment effect,but also reduce the patient's complications.It also helps to improve the patient's quality of life.Compared with conventional clinical treatment,rehabilitation treatment is more worthy of further promotion.
