呼吸功能训练联合舒适护理对康复期COPD患者肺功能的影响分析

摘要目的分析呼吸功能训练联合舒适护理对康复期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能的影响.方法以该院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的78例康复期COPD患者为研究对象,用抽签法分成甲、乙两组,分别予以常规护理干预、呼吸功能训练联合舒适护理干预;比较两组干预前后肺功能状况、舒适度、不同时期生活质量.结果入院时,两组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,乙组以上指标均明显高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).乙组总舒适度(89.74%)显著高于甲组(69.23%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).入院时,两组生活质量量表(QOL)生理、心理、环境、社会领域评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,乙组以上各项评分均显著高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论给予康复期COPD患者呼吸功能训练与舒适护理,可有效改善其肺功能,提升其舒适度与生活质量. Objective To analyze the effect of respiratory function training combined with comfort nursing on pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during rehabilitation.Methods 78 patients with COPD who visited the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into two groups.Group A was given routine nursing intervention and Group B was given additional respiratory function training combined with comfort nursing intervention.The pulmonary function status,comfort level,and quality of life in different periods before and after intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,the differences in forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory capacity(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC between the two Groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,all the above indexes of Group B were significantly higher than those of Group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total comfort degree of Group B(89.74%)was significantly higher than Group A(69.23%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On admission,the differences in quality of life scale(QOL),scores in physical,psychological and environmental domains between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);on discharge,the above scores of Group B were significantly higher than those of Group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory function training and comfort nursing for COPD patients can significantly improve their lung function and comfort degree as well as quality of life.
