摘要
目的研究中医辨证疗法对慢性支气管炎急性发作期及缓解期的康复作用.方法选取2019年2月—2020年5月在该院收治的慢性支气管炎128例患者作为研究对象纳入研究,按照随机数表将所有患者均分成参考组和对照组,每组64例.对照组运用西药治疗,参考组采取中医辨证疗法,观察两组患者临床效果和不良反应发生率.结果经康复治疗后,相比于对照组临床效果(84.4%),不良反应率(15.6%),参考组的临床效果(98.4%)更佳,不良反应发生率(3.2%)更低,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医辨证诊治慢性支气管炎临床效果明显,不仅能改善患者生活质量,且安全性较好,可在临床实践应用推广.
Objective To study the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on the rehabilitation of chronic bronchitis in acute attack and remission.Methods A total of 128 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were selected as subjects for the study.According to the random number table,all the patients were divided into the reference group and the control group,with 64 patients in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the reference group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation.The clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results After rehabilitation treatment,compared with the control group’s clinical effect(84.4%)and adverse reaction rate(15.6%),the reference group’s clinical effect(98.4%)was better,the incidence of adverse reaction(3.2%)was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of TCM diagnosis and treatment of chronic bronchitis is obvious.It can not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also has good safety.It can be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
