摘要
目的观察针康法改善视频终端视疲劳综合征(VDTS)的临床效果.方法随机选择并按照机械抽样法将吉林省中医药科学院2019年1—12月收治的90例VDTS患者随机分为两组,对照组患者接受康复治疗,研究组患者接受针康法治疗,观察两组患者的康复治疗效果.结果研究组患者久视疲劳时间、日视疲劳次数和CIAS-R总分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者疗效和治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针康法可改善视频终端视疲劳综合征患者的久视疲劳时间、日视疲劳次数,显著降低网络成瘾性,提高疗效和治疗总有效率,值得进一步研究.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy in improving visual display terminal symptom(VDTS).Methods 90 VDTS patients treated in Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine Sciences from January to December 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the mechanical sampling method.The control group received rehabilitation treatment,and the study group received acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy.The rehabilitation of the two groups treatment effect were observed.Results The asthenopic time,daily asthenopic frequency,and the total score of CIAS-R of the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The efficacy and total effective rate of treatment in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy can improve asthenopic time and daily asthenopic frequency in patients with VDTS,significantly reduce Internet addiction,and improve the curative effect and the total effective rate of treatment.It is worthy of further study.
