摘要
目的探究在小儿脑瘫康复中施行穴位注射神经节苷脂联合康复训练的效果.方法随机将2018年1月—2019年8月德城区妇幼保健院收治的64例脑瘫患儿分为对照组(32例,施行穴位注射神经节苷脂治疗)和观察组(32例,施行穴位注射神经节苷脂联合康复训练治疗).对比两组的康复总有效率、粗大运动功能评估量表评分、智力评分、综合痉挛量表评分.结果观察组康复总有效率(83.33%)较对照组(60.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后智力评分、粗大运动功能评估量表评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后综合痉挛量表评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在小儿脑瘫康复中施行穴位注射神经节苷脂联合康复训练有助于提升康复效果,改善运动功能,并有助于促进智力发育.
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint injection of ganglioside combined with rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 64 children with cerebral palsy admitted to the Decheng District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(32 cases,treated with acupoint injection of ganglioside)and an observation group(32 cases,treated with acupoint injection of ganglioside combined with rehabilitation training).The total rehabilitation efficiency,gross motor function assessment scale,intelligence score,and comprehensive spasticity scale score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group(83.33%)was higher than that in the control group(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intelligence score and motor function assessment scale of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the comprehensive spasm scale of the observation group after treatment were lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy,acupoint injection of ganglioside combined with rehabilitation training can help to enhance the rehabilitation effect,improve motor function,and promote intellectual development.
