摘要
目的观察中西医结合康复反射疗法治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留的效果.方法选择2018年10月—2019年8月长春中医药大学附属医院收治的60例宫颈癌术后尿潴留患者,遵照随机原则分为对照组、试验组,每组30例,均给予常规治疗,试验组加用中西医结合康复反射疗法,对比两组治疗前后残余尿量、尿潴留发生率及盆底肌力恢复情况.结果治疗后,试验组患者残余尿量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组尿潴留发生率及盆底肌力恢复有效率分别为6.7%、96.7%,优于对照组的33.3%、73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中西医结合康复反射疗法能有效治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留,值得推广.
Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation reflexology combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine on urinary retention after cervical cancer surgery.Methods From October 2018 to August 2019,60 patients with postoperative urinary retention of cervical cancer admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of TCM were selected.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation reflexology.The residual urine volume,the incidence of urinary retention and the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength before and after the treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the residual urine volume of patients in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary retention and the effective rate of pelvic floor muscle strength recovery in the experimental group were 6.7%and 96.7%respectively,which were better than 33.3%and 73.3%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation reflexology combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively treat postoperative urinary retention of cervical cancer and is worthy of promotion.
