摘要
目的研究Alberta婴儿运动量表(AIMS)用于脑损伤高危儿康复随访中的价值.方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月靖江市人民医院收治的100例脑损伤高危儿为研究对象,将其中采用AIMS评估的50例患儿纳入Alberta组,将采用Peabody运动发育量表-2(PDMS-2)评估的50例患儿纳入Peabody组;并选取同期非高危婴儿50例作为对照组,分别采用AIMS和PDMS-2评估其运动功能.对比分析AIMS量表在脑损伤高危患儿康复随访中的价值.结果首诊评估时,Alberta组患儿与对照组婴儿的AIMS量表评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复训练后,Alberta组患儿6月龄、12月龄时的AIMS量表评分有较大提升,且与对照组评分差距逐渐缩小,但差异仍有统计学差异(P<0.05).首诊时评估,Peabody组患儿与对照组婴儿的PDMS-2量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复训练后,Peabody组患儿6月龄、12月龄时的PDMS-2量表评分有较大提升,且与对照组评分差距逐渐缩小,但差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.05).AIMS量表与临床常用的PDMS-2量表评估结果有较高的一致性.结论将AIMS应用在脑损伤高危儿康复随访中,可有效评估其运动功能恢复情况,可以此调整康复训练方案,提高康复效果.
Objective To study the value of Alberta Infant Motor Scale(AIMS)for follow-up rehabilitation of high-risk infants with brain injury.Methods 100 high-risk infants with brain injury admitted to Jingjiang City People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.Among them,50 children evaluated by AIMS were included in the Alberta group,and 50 children evaluated by the Peabody Development Motor Scale-2(PDMS-2)were included in the Peabody group;and 50 non-high-risk infants during the same period were selected as the control group,and AIMS and PDMS-2 were used to evaluate their motor functions.The value of AIMS in rehabilitation follow-up of children with high risk of brain injury was compared and analyzed.Results At the time of the first evaluation,the difference between the AIMS scores of the Alberta group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);after rehabilitation,the AIMS scores of children in the Alberta group at 6 and 12 months of age increased significantly,and the gap with the control group gradually narrowed,but the difference was still statistically different(P<0.05).Assessed at the first visit,there was a statistically significant difference between the PDMS-2 scores of children in the Peabody group and those in the control group(P<0.05);after rehabilitation,the PDMS-2 scores of children in the Peabody group at the age of 6 and 12 months improved greatly,and the score gap with the control group gradually narrowed,but the difference was still statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation results of the AIMS and the commonly used clinical PDMS-2 were highly consistent.Conclusion The application of AIMS in the rehabilitation follow-up of high-risk infants with brain injury can effectively assess the recovery of their motor function.The rehabilitation training program can be adjusted to improve the rehabilitation effect.
