摘要
目的探讨健康管理在老年康复护理中的应用效果.方法选择2017年5月—2019年12月收治的82例老年患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组41例.对照组予以常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加健康管理,比较两组管理前、管理3个月后生活质量(GQOLI-74)、遵医行为、满意度以及疾病认知度.结果管理前,两组GQOLI-74评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理3个月后,两组GQOLI-74评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组按时服药、自我监测、饮食控制、运动、按时复查占比及满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).管理前,两组疾病认知度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理3个月后,两组疾病认知度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论老年康复护理中应用健康管理,可改善患者生活质量、遵医行为及满意度,提高患者疾病认知度,值得临床使用.
Objective To explore the application effect of health management in elderly rehabilitation nursing.Methods 82 elderly patients admitted from May 2017 to December 2019 were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The routine rehabilitation nursing was given to the control group,and the observation group increased health management on the basis of the control group.The quality of life(GQOLI-74),compliance behavior,satisfaction and disease recognition were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of management.Results Before management,the differences in GQOLI-74 scores between the two groups were not statistically signigicant(P>0.05);after 3 months of management,the GQOLI-74 scores of the two groups both increased,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of taking medication,self-monitoring,diet control,exercise,regular review and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before management,the difference in disease recognition scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 3 months of management,the disease recognition scores of the two groups were both increased,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health management in elderly rehabilitation nursing can improve patients'quality of life,compliance behavior and satisfaction,improve patients'disease awareness,and is worthy of clinical use.
