摘要
目的 探讨穴位按摩对剖宫产术后产妇睡眠质量及泌乳情况的影响.方法 选择2019年1—12月淄博市中医医院收治的剖宫产术后产妇110例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组55例.对照组产妇采取剖宫产围手术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位按摩.产后3 d,比较两组产妇入睡时间、睡眠时长及深睡眠时间;观察两组产妇开始泌乳时间,比较两组产妇术后3 d泌乳量.结果 观察组入睡时间为(29.30±5.19)min,明显短于对照组的(35.26±6.34)min;观察组的睡眠时长、深睡眠时间明显长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组开始泌乳时间为(17.25±4.38)h,明显早于对照组的(22.46±5.19)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后3 d,观察组泌乳量Ⅰ级占比52.73%,明显高于对照组的32.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 穴位按摩有助于改善剖宫产术后产妇的睡眠质量,促进乳汁分泌,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage on sleep quality and lactation of parturients after cesarean section.Methods A total of 110 parturients after cesarean section admitted to Zibo Hospital of TCM from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 55 cases in each group.Women in the control group received routine care during the perioperative period of cesarean section,and the observation group combined acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.On the 3rd day after delivery,the time to fall asleep,sleep duration and deep sleep time between the two groups were compared;the start of lactation time,and the lactation volume after 3 days of the two groups were compared.Results The time to fall asleep in the observation group was(29.30±5.19)min,which was significantly shorter than(35.26±6.34)min of the control group;the sleep duration and deep sleep time of the observation group were significantly longer than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The start of lactation time in the observation group was(17.25±4.38)h,which was significantly earlier than(22.46±5.19)h in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 days after operation,the proportion of grade I lactation in the observation group was 52.73%,which was significantly higher than 32.73% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage can help improve the sleep quality of parturients after cesarean section and promote milk secretion.It is worthy of popularization and application.
