摘要
目的 探讨整体康复联合药物治疗颈椎病的远期疗效.方法 选取2019年6月—2020年6月昆明市中医医院收治的118例颈椎病患者为研究对象,以双盲法分为对照组(常规药物治疗)和观察组(整体康复治疗联合药物治疗),每组59例.对两组的康复治疗远期疗效进行对比.结果 两组患者治疗前、治疗1个月后的颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、颈椎JOA评分及颈肌力学指标(峰力矩、关节活动度)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗12个月后,观察组上述各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在颈椎病患者药物治疗中联合整体康复,能够提高患者的远期临床疗效.
Objective To explore the long-term effect of holistic rehabilitation combined with medications for cervical spondylosis.Methods 118 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group(conventional medical treatment)and an observation group(holistic rehabilitation combined with medical treatment)by double-blind method,with 59 cases in each group.The long-term effects of rehabilitation therapy in the two groups were compared.Results The differences in cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI),cervical spine JOA score,and cervical muscle mechanics(peak torque,joint range of motion)before treatment and 1 month after treatment between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the above indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic rehabilitation combined with medications in the treatment of cervical spondylosis patients can improve the long-term clinical efficacy of patients.
