摘要
目的 观察悬吊运动疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者躯体平衡及下肢步行功能的影响.方法 选取2017年6月—2019年6月,齐齐哈尔市中医医院康复科门诊及病房收治的60例存在平衡及下肢步行功能障碍的脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组.两组均行常规的康复治疗,治疗组加用悬吊运动疗法.治疗前后,采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)、10米最大步行速度(10MWS)、下肢Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA-L)进行评定.结果 治疗4周后,两组BBS评分、10MWS、FMA-L评分较治疗前均有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 常规康复治疗结合悬吊运动疗法能有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的平衡及下肢步行功能.
Objective To observe the effects of suspension exercise therapy on body balance and lower limbs walking function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,60 stroke hemiplegic patients with balance and lower limbs walking dysfunction admitted to the Qiqihar Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.Both groups were given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the treatment group was given suspension exercise therapy.Before and after treatment,Berg Balance Scale(BBS),10 m maximum walking speed(10 MWS)and Fugl-Meyer Rating Scale(FMA-L)were used for evaluation.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the BBS score,10 MWS and FMA-L score of the two groups were improved compared to before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effects of treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Routine rehabilitation treatment combined with suspension exercise therapy can effectively improve the balance and lower limbs walking function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
