摘要
目的探讨中医针灸联合康复训练对高血压性脑出血(Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,HCH)患者下肢功能恢复、生活质量的影响。方法选取该院2017年1月—2019年9月收治的80例HCH患者,随机分成观察组与对照组各40例,对照组予以单纯康复训练,观察组康复训练联合中医针灸,4个疗程后对比下肢功能及生活质量评分。结果两组治疗后功能性步行量表(FAC)分级较治疗前提高,观察组(3.84±0.84)级高于对照组(3.21±0.78)级,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组下肢肢体运动功能Fugel-Meyer(FMA)评分均较治疗前提高,观察组(25.62±4.21)分高于对照组(21.23±3.86)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组SF-36量表生理功能、心理功能、精神健康及社会功能评分均较治疗前提高,且观察组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对HCH患者采取中医针灸联合康复训练治疗,可促进下肢功能恢复,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the recovery of lower limb function and quality of life in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH).Methods A total of 80 HCH patients admitted to this hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each.The control group received simple rehabilitation training,and the observation group received rehabilitation training combined with Chinese medicine acupuncture.After 4 courses,the lower limb function and quality of life scores were compared.Results The score of functional walking scale(FAC)after treatment in the two groups was higher than before treatment,the observation group(3.84±0.84)grades was higher than the control group(3.21±0.78)grades,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fugel-Meyer(FMA)scores of lower limb motor function of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment.The observation group(25.62±4.21)points was higher than the control group(21.23±3.86)points,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical function,mental function,mental health and social function scores of the two groups of SF-36 scale were improved compared with before treatment,and the scores of the observation group was higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for HCH patients can promote the recovery of lower limb function and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
