摘要
目的分析探讨康复操结合自理能力护理对乳腺癌患者术后肩关节活动度的影响。方法选取2019年1—10月在该院接受手术治疗的90例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,根据不同干预方式分组,练习康复操的45例患者为对照组,采用康复操结合自理能力护理的45例患者为观察组,对比两组术后7 d与术后3个月时的肩关节活动度、免疫功能及生活质量。结果两组术后3个月的肩关节前屈、后伸角度均高于术后7 d,且观察组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后3个月时的CD3+、CD4+水平均高于术后7 d,且观察组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组上述评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复操结合自理能力护理应用在乳腺癌手术患者中的效果较好,可提高患者的肩关节活动度,增强免疫功能,改善生活质量。
Objective To analyze and explore the effect of rehabilitation exercises combined with self-care ability nursing on postoperative shoulder mobility of breast cancer patients.Methods 90 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment in this hospital from January to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to different intervention methods.45 patients practicing rehabilitation exercises were the control group,and 45 patients who used the rehabilitation exercises combined with self-care ability were the observation group.The shoulder joint range of motion,immune function and quality of life were compared between the two groups at 7 days and 3 months after surgery.Results The angles of shoulder flexion and extension of the two groups were higher than those of the 7 days after operation,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD3+and CD4+levels of the two groups at 3 months after operation were higher than those at 7 days after operation,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the physical function,psychological function,social function and material life scores of the two groups were compared,and there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the above scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise combined with self-care ability nursing is effective in breast cancer surgery patients,which can increase the mobility of the shoulder joint,enhance immune function,and improve the quality of life.
