摘要
目的 探讨康复护理对脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量及满意度的影响.方法 选取2018年3月—2019年7月该院收治的脑卒中患者38例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组19例.对照组患者采用常规护理;研究组患者采用康复护理.对比两组患者护理后的睡眠质量、满意度以及精神状态等指标.结果 护理后,研究组患者的睡眠质量、满意度以及精神状态等指标均优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对于存在睡眠障碍的脑卒中患者,采用康复护理能够有效改善其睡眠质量以及满意度.
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on sleep quality and satisfaction of patients with sleep disorders after stroke.Methods A total of 38 stroke patients admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 19 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing;patients in the study group received rehabilitation nursing.The sleep quality,satisfaction and mental state of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the sleep quality,satisfaction degree,and mental state of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For stroke patients with sleep disorders,rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the quality of sleep and satisfaction of patients.
