摘要
目的脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者采用针灸配合康复训练进行治疗,对其临床疗效进行评价.方法以该院2018年11月—2020年9月收治的脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者60例为研究对象,随机分成对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组患者采用常规康复训练,观察组患者在对照组基础上配合针灸治疗,对两组患者的认知功能评分[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)和简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)]进行比较.结果治疗后,观察组患者的各项MoCA评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的各项MMSE评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论通过针灸联合康复训练对脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者进行治疗,患者的认知功能得到明显改善,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用.
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction in the hospital from November 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases).Patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation training,and patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The cognitive function scores[Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and Mini-Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)]of patients of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the MoCA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the MMSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training to treat patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction,the cognitive function of patients has been significantly improved,and the clinical effect is significant,which is worthy of promotion and application.
