摘要
目的分析康复护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者肺通气功能的影响.方法选取该院2019年4月—2020年4月收治的200例AECOPD患者作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组100例.对照组患者行一般护理,研究组患者行康复护理.比较两组患者护理前后肺通气功能情况、血气指标、康复效果.结果护理后,研究组第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC)、6 min步行距离(6MWD)、改良版英国医学研究会呼吸困难量表(mMRC)评分均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组pH值、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组康复总有效率94.00%明显高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论AECOPD患者采用康复护理的效果较好,能够改善患者的肺通气功能,提高康复效果,值得在临床治疗中推广应用.
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation care on pulmonary ventilation function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 200 patients with AECOPD admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as study subjects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given general care and patients in the study group were given rehabilitation care.The pulmonary ventilation function,blood gas index before and after care and the rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After care,the ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),6-min walking distance(6MWD),and modified British Medical Research Council(mMRC)scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pH value,arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the study group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation nursing for AECOPD patients is better,which can improve the patient's pulmonary ventilation function and improve the rehabilitation effect.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
