摘要
目的通过穴位按摩联合中药熏蒸对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行护理,对护理效果进行研究分析。方法将该院2019年5月—2020年8月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理联合穴位按摩和中药熏蒸护理。对两组的上下肢肌力恢复总有效率、护理满意度及护理指标进行比较。结果护理后,观察组的上、下肢肌力恢复总有效率均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度(96.7%)高于对照组(73.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的各项护理指标评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的各项护理指标评分均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者采用穴位按摩和中药熏蒸护理,可促进上、下肢肌力恢复,提高护理满意度,改善髋关节、膝关节的活动度以及上肢功能,值得推广。
Objective To carry out nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia through acupoint massage combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation,and to study and analyze the nursing effect.Methods 60 patients of stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to the hospital during May 2019 to August 2020 were used as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing,and the observation group used conventional nursing combined with acupoint massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation.The muscle strength recovery total efficiency of upper and lower limbs,nursing satisfaction and nursing indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the total effective rate of upper and lower limb muscle recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(96.7%)was higher than that of the control group(73.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences between the nursing index scores of the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the nursing index scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of acupoint massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation for stroke patients with hemiplegia can promote the recovery of upper and lower limb muscle strength,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve the mobility of hip and knee joints and upper limb function.It is worthy of promotion.
