摘要
目的分析综合康复治疗对冠心病患者临床症状及运动能力的影响。方法选取该院2018年3月—2019年3月收治的38例冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上采用综合康复治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的各项临床指标。结果治疗2个疗程后,观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的84.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的心绞痛发作次数及硝酸甘油用量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的上述指标均低于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的运动能力及心功能分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的上述指标均明显优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复治疗对冠心病患者的临床症状与运动能力改善效果更佳。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on clinical symptoms and exercise ability of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 38 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups by random method.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation on this basis.After treatment,the differences in clinical indexes between the groups were observed.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.21%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the number of angina pectoris and the dosage of nitroglycerin between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the above indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups of patients'exercise ability and cardiac function classification(P>0.05);after treatment,the above indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is more effective in improving the clinical symptoms and exercise ability of patients with coronary heart disease.
